Define resolution and location of regular matrix maps
Description
The map legend is a three element vector that identifies the size of each matrix entry and the coordinates on the globe of the northwestern corner of the regular matrix map (i.e., the upper-left corner of the matrix). The three entries are given in degrees (regular matrix maps must be in degrees). The specific format of the structure is:
