Stateflow Model File Names Can Have up to 25 Characters

This limitation is present in all versions of Stateflow, but detected as an error only in Stateflow 5.0. Consequently, users of previous versions may have named their model files with more than 25 characters. Loading model file names containing more than 25 characters is flagged as an error with the instruction to reduce the name of the file to 25 characters.
