xPC Target

CD Installation

We distribute xPC Target version 2.0 on the MathWorks Release 13 CD. For detailed information about the installation process, see the MATLAB Installation Guide for the Windows platform:

1. Insert the Release 13 CD into the host CD-ROM drive.

1. After a few seconds, the installation program starts automatically. If the installation program does not start automatically, run setup.exe on the CD-ROM drive.

2. Follow the instructions on each dialog box. From the product list, select the xPC Target check box.

• The xPC Target installation is now complete.

Your next task is to set up the xPC Target environment for either serial or network communication. See Serial Communication or Network Communication.
