Code Generation with DSP/BIOS

While generating code that include the DSP/BIOS options is straightforward using the Incorporate DSP/BIOS option in the TIC6000 code generation options, you should know what changes between code that does not include DSP/BIOS and code that does. Two things change when you generate code with DSP/BIOS--files are added and removed from the project in CCS, and DSP/BIOS objects become part of your generated code. With these in place, you can use the DSP/BIOS features in CCS to debug your project, as well as use the profiling option in Embedded Target for TI C6000 DSP to check the performance of your application running on your target.
