Resetting to Previous Versions

To reset the normalizer or table to a previous version:

1. Highlight the previous version that you want to revert to.
2. Click Reset.

Note    Tables are independent of normalizers, so if you reset a table to a previous version you must also reset the normalizers to that version (if they have changed).

To remove previous versions of the object or comments:

1. Highlight the version that you want to remove.
2. Click Remove.

Adding and Editing Comments About Versions

To add comments:

1. Click Add.
2. In the dialog box enter your comment.
3. Click OK.

To edit comments:

1. Select the comment that you want to edit.
2. Click Edit comment.
3. In the dialog box, edit the comment.
4. Click OK.
