Discount curve given a zero curve

Description
[DiscRates, CurveDates] = zero2disc(ZeroRates, CurveDates, Settle,
InputCompounding, InputBasis)
returns a discount curve given a zero curve and its maturity dates.

Given a zero curve over a set of maturity dates and a settlement date
