Moving and Resizing Objects
You can move and resize annotations, labels, titles, and axes. You can move, but cannot resize legends and text objects.
Important:
Move and resize the axes before adding annotations and legends because annotations and legends are not anchored to the axes. If you add annotations and legends first and then later move or resize the axes, the annotations and legends do not move with the axes and you probably will need to reposition them.
